EchoMom™ Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EchoMom™ website, services, programs, memberships, applications, assessments, content, communities, and related offerings.
By accessing or using any EchoMom™ service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website, services, or programs.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
2. Eligibility

EchoMom™ provides educational resources, memberships, community experiences, concierge matching assistance, coaching, consulting, assessments, events, referrals, and related support services.
EchoMom™ helps facilitate introductions and connections between families and prospective EchoMoms™.
EchoMom™ does not employ EchoMoms™ on behalf of families and does not control the terms, conditions, schedules, compensation, or performance of any relationship established between users.
EchoMom™ is not:
- A staffing agency
- An employment agency
- An employer
- A childcare provider
- A healthcare provider
- A legal advisor
- A financial advisor
- A licensed counseling provider
All decisions remain the responsibility of the individuals involved.
4. No Guarantee of Placement or Outcomes
EchoMom™ does not guarantee:
- Placement with an EchoMom™
- Placement with a family
- Successful matches
- Employment opportunities
- Business opportunities
- Income
- Client acquisition
- Community growth
- Household outcomes
- Family outcomes
- Lifestyle outcomes
Participation in EchoMom™ services does not guarantee any specific result.
Results vary based on numerous factors outside of EchoMom’s control.
5. Independent Decision-Making
Families are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting candidates.
EchoMoms™ are solely responsible for evaluating and accepting opportunities.
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any working relationship.
EchoMom™ does not supervise, manage, direct, or control any relationship formed between users.
Any agreement entered into between users is independent of EchoMom™.
6. Background Checks & Screening
EchoMom™ may facilitate background checks, reference checks, interviews, assessments, and other screening activities.
Participation in screening activities may require written consent.
Any screening process is limited in scope and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of safety, suitability, compatibility, trustworthiness, qualifications, or future behavior.
Users remain responsible for making their own decisions regarding any relationship or engagement.
7. Membership Terms
Certain services may require a paid membership.
Membership benefits, pricing, features, and access levels may change over time.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring billing where applicable.
You may cancel according to the cancellation procedures provided at the time of purchase.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create refunds for previously paid periods.
EchoMom™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue membership offerings at any time.
8. Community Standards
To maintain a safe and respectful environment, users agree not to engage in:
- Harassment
- Discrimination
- Hate speech
- Threats
- Defamation
- Fraudulent conduct
- Spam
- Unauthorized solicitation
- Illegal activity
- Sharing confidential information belonging to others
- Disruptive behavior
EchoMom™ reserves the right to remove content, suspend access, terminate memberships, or remove users from communities at its sole discretion.
No refund is required when removal results from a violation of these Terms.
9. Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks
All fees are due according to the payment terms associated with the applicable service.
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, all payments are non-refundable.
If a payment plan is offered, you remain responsible for the full amount owed.
Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting EchoMom™ to attempt resolution.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services and collection efforts for unpaid balances.
10. Concierge Services
EchoMom™ concierge services are designed to assist families in identifying potential candidates and navigating the matching process.
Services may include:
- Intake and assessment
- Candidate sourcing
- Introductions
- Chemistry conversations
- Alignment support
- Placement guidance
- Follow-up support
EchoMom™ does not guarantee:
- Candidate availability
- Candidate acceptance
- Family acceptance
- Long-term success
- Continued employment
- Household compatibility
Rematch opportunities, if offered, are governed by the specific concierge agreement purchased by the client.
11. Intellectual Property
All content provided by EchoMom™ is protected by intellectual property laws.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- The EchoMom™ name
- Logos
- Trademarks
- Service marks
- Frameworks
- Assessments
- Methodologies
- Training materials
- Curriculum
- Videos
- Downloads
- Templates
- Documents
- Community content created by EchoMom™
Users may not:
- Copy
- Reproduce
- Record
- Distribute
- Sell
- License
- Modify
- Republish
- Share with non-authorized users without prior written permission.
12. User Content
Users retain ownership of content they submit.
By submitting content to EchoMom™, including testimonials, reviews, comments, community posts, photographs, videos, or feedback, you grant
EchoMom™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with its business operations and marketing activities, subject to any separate written agreements.
13. Assumption of Risk
You understand and agree that participation in EchoMom™ services involves personal, professional, employment, household, and business decisions.
You assume all risks associated with:
- Hiring decisions
- Employment relationships
- Household arrangements
- Community participation
- Implementation of recommendations
- Participation in programs and events
14. Educational Disclaimer
All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing provided through EchoMom™ should be considered legal, financial, tax, medical, psychological, childcare, employment, or professional advice.
You should consult qualified professionals regarding your specific circumstances.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EchoMom International, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, advisors, licensors, successors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
This includes damages arising from:
- User interactions
- Hiring decisions
- Employment relationships
- Household incidents
- Childcare arrangements
- Community participation
- Lost income
- Lost opportunities
- Emotional distress
- Property damage
In no event shall EchoMom™’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the user to EchoMom™ during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EchoMom International, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, and attorneys’ fees arising from:
- Your conduct
- Your use of services
- Hiring decisions
- Employment relationships
- Household incidents
- Community participation
- Violations of these Terms
17. Third-Party Platforms
EchoMom™ utilizes third-party services including, but not limited to:
- Circle
- Stripe
- Zoom
- Mailchimp
- Google Workspace
- Social media platforms
Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, conditions, and privacy practices.
EchoMom™ is not responsible for third-party platforms.
18. Termination
EchoMom™ may suspend, restrict, terminate, or refuse access to any service, membership, account, or community at any time and for any lawful reason.
Termination does not eliminate any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
19. Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by Maryland law.
Before filing a lawsuit, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith mediation.
Any legal action that proceeds after mediation shall be brought exclusively in a court located within the State of Maryland.
20. Force Majeure
EchoMom™ shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, labor disputes, pandemics, acts of war, or other unforeseen events.
21. Changes to These Terms
EchoMom™ may update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms become effective upon posting.
Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
